Admission process
These are the steps most international students follow. Your counsellor confirms what your chosen university and embassy actually ask for.
Tell us your country, course and the Indian cities you prefer. A counsellor takes it from there.
We match UGC or AICTE recognised colleges to your marks, budget and preferred cities.
We help you submit the application, transcripts and the university’s own forms.
An admission or offer letter is what you need before a student visa application.
Apply with your passport, offer letter, funds proof and the documents the embassy asks for.
After you land, register with FRRO where required, join the campus and start classes.
What you need
Exact papers vary by university and by the Indian embassy in your country. Start collecting these.
Must cover your full stay. Keep extra blank pages for the visa.
Marksheets and certificates, attested as the university asks. AIU equivalence is needed for some programmes.
Many colleges teach in English. Some ask for IELTS or TOEFL, others accept English-medium schooling.
Bank statements or a sponsor letter covering tuition and living costs for the visa.
A fitness certificate and medical insurance, as asked by the university and the embassy.
Hostel or a rented stay, then FRRO or e-FRRO registration after you arrive in India.
Main intakes are usually July–August and January. Apply a few months before, so the offer letter is ready in time for the visa.
