JEE Main is the national entrance for B.E./B.Tech, B.Arch and B.Planning seats in NITs, IIITs and other institutes that take part. A qualifying JEE Main score is also required for JEE Advanced. The National Testing Agency conducts the exam. Apply only on the official NTA website.

Eligibility
You can apply if you have passed Class 12, or are appearing in 2027, from a recognised board. For B.E./B.Tech, Physics and Mathematics are compulsory, with one of Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology or a Technical Vocational subject. Attempt limits, age rules and category certificates are printed in the official information bulletin. Use that bulletin as the final word.
